(From Town of Evansville Facebook page) CASPER, Wyo The Evansville Town Council will consider the third and final reading of amendments to the city’s zoning resolution Monday, May 24. The ordinance would establish Urban Agricultural and Urban Agricultural Residential Zones, as well as provide refined definitions of mobile homes, manufactured homes, and HUD Certified mobile homes. The Urban Agricultural zone would “establish and preserve areas for semi-rural, low density residential, and related or compatible uses.”  Article continues below. “It is also the intent to provide within this zone an adequate amount of space for livestock and poultry, as is essential,” the meeting packet states.
