Less than a month after three were hospitalized and two died in a high-speed car crash, Frisco Police Department has increased its focus on the fatal crossing at FM423 and Del Webb Boulevard.
With the crash believed to have been a result of street racing, the city has lowered nearby speed limits, Frisco Police Chief David Shilson told the city council during their Tuesday meeting. There have also been additional officers, working extra hours, to patrol nearby.
