The second COVID lockdown lifts Tuesday, easing some restrictions, but the owner of a Chatham restaurant is making safety a priority by holding off on letting customers eat inside.
“We’re not going to push to open the dine-in,” said Koullies Stylianou, owner of Andy’s Place Family Restaurant. “We’re just going to do our pickup and deliveries like we have been.”
