Craft Kits to Go: Week of May 3
The Dr. Martin T. Feldman Children’s Room at the Leominster Public Library is offering the following Craft Kits to Go, with reservations beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, May 3:
• Happy Spring Rain Cloud Signs: This kit contains everything you need to create a cheery, glittery sign with foam pieces to welcome the springtime. This kit is appropriate for children aged 3 and up.
• Fiesta Sticker-By-Numbers: This kit contains two cheerful sticker cards (assortment will vary) and a separate sheet of stickers. Match the stickers to their number on the card to create a fiesta picture! This kit is appropriate for children aged 3 and up.
Lent, Piermarini reflect on the year that COVID-19 changed everything

When Nicole Piermarini walked through the doors of the Leominster Public Library for the first time as assistant library director on March 20, 2020, those same entrances had just closed to the public.
With the pandemic, much had changed. But she was determined at least one thing wouldn’t: The public would receive the service they expected and deserved, although that service might be delivered in a different fashion.
Piermarini was a familiar face in the area, having worked part-time in Leominster for seven years, as well as having experience at the Lunenburg Public Library.

Craft Kits to Go: Week of March 15
The Dr. Martin T. Feldman Children’s Room at the Leominster Public Library is offering the following Craft Kits to Go, with reservations beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, March 15:
• St. Patrick s Day Craft Stick Wreath: With this kit, you can create a cheerful decoration for St. Patrick s Day with craft sticks and self-adhesive foam pieces. This kit is appropriate for children aged 3 and up.
• Leprechaun Mask Craft Kit: This kit provides all the supplies to make a fun St. Patrick s Day mask using foam pieces, elastic bands and polyester strips. This kit is appropriate for children aged 3 and up.
