A spokesperson said: ‘’Despite 2020 being ‘a bit different’, here at Carol Float HQ we’ve been given the green light to bring Father Christmas around the streets of our lovely town, to wave to the kids (big and small, old and young) and hopefully spread some seasonal cheer! “We want the people of our town to stay safe, we certainly don’t want to cause any problems. “We’ll be wearing masks, gloves and using sanitiser. We won’t be knocking on doors this year.
