“Court Is Closed” and “Del Jones’ Positive Vibes,” the West Philly musician's rarely heard 1973 albums have been re-issued by Los Angeles’ Now-Again record label. The music has stood the test of time.
He’s an artist who doesn t take himself too seriously, despite having played with groups such as Katchafire, and fronted at recent festivals including One Love and Festival One. “It s meant to be fun,” he told the crowd, encouraging everyone to boogie in the aisles when they felt the need.
