washington, d.c. this comes as u.s. attorney general merrick garland has appointed a special counsel to take over the investigation. for the latest, let s bring in cnn s saenz siarlette saenz at e house. tell us about the statement the white house is sharing. reporter: we re starting to get a better picture of exactly how many documents have been found between the president s residence in wilmington, delaware, as well as a former office that he used here when he had left the vice presidency. and based on cnn reporting as well as the disclosures that have come from the white house office, it appears there are approximately 20 documents with classified markings that had been found between those two locations. now, one of those documents was found in an adjacent room to the president s garage in wilmington, delaware. the white house had initially said that included one page. but it is now revealed that there were actually an additional five pages that were found on thursday ni
