All three restaurants will tap the beer.

Rotunda Rumblings Running late: After meeting into the wee hours this morning and still not finishing their business in the lame duck session, the Ohio Senate and House have each scheduled an additional session day in the next few days to give final approval to a number of unfinished bills, including a $2.5 billion capital budget. But as Jeremy Pelzer reports, there’s still no answer yet about whether lawmakers will agree on a partial repeal of the tainted House Bill 6.
