Morgan hills expected to drop its usage by 35 and its hoping a change in the formula will reduce it by at least 10 . But in the meantime it is facing the toughest cutback in all of santa clara county. Morgan hill residents already have achieved a 29 reduction in water use. Outdoor watering is restricted to twice a week and only at night. The state water board is demanding oort 14 cut and residents are scratching their heads over how to achieve that. What more can you do . Im not quite sure. I know a lot of people will be putting buckets in their showers and collecting it that way and watering the plants.
