Somewhere new to live. A raging Apartment Fire forced them out of their homes this morning. Took more than 100 firefighters to get things under control. We talked to neighbors who said they smelled smoke, went outside, and saw an Apartment Building completely engulfed in flames. You cant see the building, its just beyond that one. But what you will notice is fire officials on scene many investigating trying to figure out how this started. This is the scene just before 7 00 this morning. Fire engulfing entire side of a threestory Apartment Building. Flames shooting out through the roof trapping people inside. Two residents that were found in windows and firefighters took them down by ladders. We were told the homeowner was injured. We are told his stable at the hospital. Investigators are not saying what took place or what was taken. This is in the fluid neighborhood with homes valued from 3 to 7 million. Just said it was a Home Invasion and i asked if they caught the guy and they said no. I said i need to get through to go to safeway. Just wave at the officers when you go. Its a safe neighborhood, i never heard anything like this happening before.
