SPRINGFIELD Fresh Paint Springfield on Thursday unveiled plans for its 2021 Mural Festival, saying it will feature 10 large community murals, continuing to expand the arts and vitality of the downtown district while expanding to include the Mason Square area.
The mural festival, which began in 2019, returns June 5-13, after a one-year absence caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
