The official ribbon cutting Ceremony will be officiated by First Selectwoman Brenda Kupchick, at 4:30PM. Spring is right around the corner and Outdoor Design & Living and Fresh Flower Bar, located at 1301 Bronson Road in Fairfield, is kicking off the season with a special Celebration and ribbon cutting.  Outdoor Design & Living’s owner, Chris Palmer, is thrilled to showcase his first-year partnership with Sarah O’Brien’s floral studio, Fresh Flower Bar, as well as his expansive nursery and landscape services.
