Frenchtown Police were dispatched to a house at 45 Everittstown Road at approximately 2:55 p.m.
First responders received a call that there was a possible partial building collapse on the street. Upon arriving to the scene, they found that the roof overhang by the door to the residence had partially fallen down, police confirmed.
According to Frenchtown patrolman Kevin Coletta, the dilapidated building has been abandoned for several years, so the partial collapse was unsurprising. He added that it was likely caused by yesterday’s gusty winds.
