Entire area, in the perimeter, has to be probably about half a square mile, has been ordered to stay in their home. So anybody whos out and about could be considered a suspect. No reports on who was arrested or the exact target. But as alex just mentioned, clearly the number one target right now in the french crosshairs, Abdelhamid Abaaoud, is someone whos suspected to have been in this location. And thats why we noticed police being so jittery.
