A dramatic moment captured on Surveillance Video, a car driving southbound on fremont boulevard around 12 30 tuesday morning. Smashes into a tree and burst into flames. A Police Officer arrives within seconds and tries to extinguish the fire. A few moments after that. He along with several neighbors. Pull a man from the burning wreckage.
