The National Weather Service has issued a "Freeze Watch" from Thursday evening through Friday morning for the greater Reno, Carson City, Carson Valley areas as well as southern Lyon and Northern Washoe counties. Forecasters say these areas can expect sub-freezing temperatures as low as 29 degrees.
