This was a unanimous decision. The court saying. States cannot ban donald trump from running for another term because of the insurrection and in rejecting that colorado challenge. Applies to all states, illinois and maine. Remember also trying to get trump removed from their ballots. The Supreme Court says states cannot do that with respect to federal offices, especially the president say a little wind to below trump swings going into super tuesday, although the court did not specifically address whether the former president had engaged in insurrection.
