NASSAU, BAHAMAS The Ministry of Education (MOE) is nearing its goal of acquiring sufficient devices for the 48,000 students enrolled in the public school system, thanks to continued donations from corporate sponsors.
The latest donor was a public-private partnership (PPP) organized by Leno Trust, the Myers Group and the Antique Auto Club of The Bahamas that donated tablets and approximately $16,000 to the MOE during a ceremony yesterday at the ministry’s headquarters.
