Fears of a bullying culture in parts of Liverpool Women s Hospital were exposed by staff blowing the whistle.
The specialist maternity hospital, on Crown Street in Toxteth, has been under pressure in recent months due to staffing shortages, and last month had to re-direct pregnant mums to other hospitals.
Now the minutes of a meeting reveal how NHS commissioners in Liverpool discussed a series of concerns raised by staff at the hospital.
