There has been a new era of obesity, and it’s likely to stay that way for the foreseeable future. This is due in part to our increasingly sedentary lifestyle and reliance on processed foods. Not only are these foods high in sugar and calories, but they also contain little or no nutritional value. As a result, people are becoming obese not just because they’re eating more than usual but also because their bodies aren’t able to process all of the food that they’re consuming.
