Different airlines, different apps, but both travellers discovered more than half their belongings were taken from their delivered bags. Newly engaged janessa couldnt situate to spend christmas with her fiances family in indianapolis. But they discovered their bags did not arrive. I was in hysteria. I started crying. United airlines offered to have a Third Party Vendor deliver the bags. I realized 60 of my belongings were gone including my most valuable items. More than 4,000 worth of belongings missing including all the C
