MOUNT STERLING For at least one Brown County resident, Mount Sterling home to Dot Foods, small boutiques, quaint coffee shops and years of small town history is one of the county’s treasures.
City Administrator Vada Yingling has been spearheading a program that has been revitalizing the downtown’s historic business district, bringing some childhood memories back to life.
