Last week i was in chicago for the conference of the National Black chamber of commerce, and the government, of illinois came in and he announced that 30 percent, 30 percent of the state of illinois, went to some of the business and went through the minorities as black folks. It is a fund we have submitted for because we want to make sure there is a block that the funding will not be used only as needed, but we want to plan for things we cant exactly predict right now.
