The upcoming Garena Free Fire World Series in Singapore was supposed to be a return to normalcy for the game following the COVID lockdowns in 2020. However, it looks like at least two of the teams would not be making it to the tournament. Free Fire has announced that both the teams from India will not be partaking in the Free Fire World Series. This was put in place following restrictions imposed by the Singapore Government following the second wave of COVID in India. The teams in question include Galaxy Racer Esports and Team Elite.

Free Fire world series will showcase its esports talents in Singapore from 22May to 29May.
The World Series will replace the Continental Series, which was played online due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The tournament will feature 22 best teams from 14 different regions and will boast a massive prize pool of $2 Million. As per the official announcements, The Free Fire World Place will take place has two separate stages. on 22 May 12 teams will participate in play-ins and on the 29 May, ten top teams from around the world along with two qualified teams from play-ins will compete for the ultimate title.

The high-octane tournament will bring together the top 18 Free Fire teams from Pakistan, India and Bangladesh, each represented by the top six teams in its respective domestic league – the Free Fire India Championship 2021 Spring, Free Fire Bangladesh Championship and Free Fire Pakistan League.
Kicking off on April 9, the Free Fire Tri-Series will have 18 teams compete in a thrilling six-day battle to determine who proceeds to the grand finals on April 25 and claims the lion s share of the USD 50,000 prize pool.

EWar Games is currently hosting its first Free Fire Premier League season in India. The tournament is being played in a staged manner, during which a large number of players from across six Indian states including Karnataka, Maharashtra, Delhi, Rajasthan, Telangana and West Bengal are taking part in. The tournament will follow a similar format to the popular IPL series. The tournament started on March 5 and will go on until March 15. Operating system: Call of Duty: Mobile requires Android version 5.1 or above to run, iOS requirements are not stated; Free Fire requires Android 4.1 or above, and or iOS 8.0 or above.
Free Fire vs Call of Duty Mobile: Gameplay
Both Free Fire and Call of Duty: Mobile share the same battle royale dynamics, but have totally different gameplay physics. The movement of players and the handling of guns feels more animated and easy in Free Fire, whereas, in Call of Duty: Mobile the controls are a bit difficult as they are more realistic with heavy recoil and strength shaping.

Call of Duty: Mobile allows 100 players to take part at once, whereas, Free Fire limits the number to 50 players. Due to this, the maps are larger and the matches are longer in Call of Duty: Mobile. A usual battle royale match takes around 30 minutes to complete, which is comparatively much longer than the 10 minutes it takes to finish a Free Fire map.
