Dobrinske oversees the programming, activities, and functions of the Northeast Missouri Drug-Free Communities task force, formerly the Adair County Opioid Coalition.The NEMO Drug-Free Communities task force is in the first year of its five-year grant cycle and works with Adair and Schuyler county schools and communities to implement prevention programming, provide community outreach, tools for advocacy and education, and to bring a fresh perspective to the area about mental health and substance use prevention efforts with our youth.
