BAGUIO CITY: More than 100 parents in the Summer Capital joined a meeting on June 22 at the Baguio City Hall to further strengthen the city s campaign to raise awareness of the alleged deadly impacts of e-cigarettes (known as vape) and other tobacco products. During the training, the parents were equipped to identify whether or not their children are vape users. The activity was organized by the Smoke-Free Baguio Task Force, represented by Donnabel Tubera Panes of the City Health Services Office, and Parents Against Vape, led by lawyer Ronald Perez and other groups.
