offici officials that steve wynn voluntarily agreed to remove his position from the republican national committee finance chair, and this is a symbolic o position, but it is key in fund raizing, and interestingly, he was at mar-a-lago, the president s weekend pretreat last week in the big fund raiser that the president was not able to attend when he was in washington for the government shutdown. and steve wynn, a one-time rival of the president became a friend of the president, and thet president asked him directly to become the finance chairman of the rnc and now we are told by two are republican officials that he is going to be stepping down from the post amid all of the questions in the investigation about his conduct at the wynn resorts. fredric fredricka. and jeff, he is stepping down, but earlier he said that the allegations were preposterous, and so is he still sticking with his, you know,
