Fredonia Home Damaged In Electrical Fire | News, Sports, Jobs

FREDONIA An electrical fire on Friday evening led to damages at a home on Eagle Street. Firefighters report around 8:10 p.m., they responded to a working fire at the location with Engine 15 and Tower 18. Fredonia firefighters commenced an interior attack and were able to bring the fire under control in a short time. East Town of Dunkirk Fire was called for interior firefighters. City of Dunkirk Engine 4 and Car 2 were on standby at Fredonia Fire Headquarters. National Grid and Alstar ambulance responded. The County Fire Investigation Team was requested. Mar 6, 2021 FORT PIERCE, Fla. Joe “DH” Bolivard, 64, of Ft. Pierce, Fla., formerly of Forestville, passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2021. He was born on September 4, 1956, the son of Joseph Bolivard and the late Norma (Brunson) Bolivard. Joe graduated from Forestville Central School, Class of 1974. In his younger years, you would find Joe bartending with great enthusiasm and having jokes for all. He worked out west for a drilling company and a fire suppression company. At one time, he owned the Tavern on the Mall in Forestville. Joe was a used car salesman and “he could sell a used car to a used car salesman.” He moved to Florida in 1994 and continued his career in sales and was owner of his Shirt and Hat company.
