This is the office that manages the hoover dam. Law enforcment sources indicate that one focus of this probe is a contract to manage the sale of electricity from the dam. The 30 Year Contract expires in 2017 so an Audit Committee was set up to review the operation. The contract to conduct that audit was worth about a Million Dollars. The person who chaired that Audit Committee worked in this same bureau office. His name is frederick leavitt, but he goes by rick.
