months of unanswered questions are over for one baltimore city family. the body of terrell of jerryell foster is found. we re starting with the mother charged with killing her newborn son. tonight there are new questions as to whether anything could be done to save the baby. who was found in druid hill park over the weekend. 28-year-old lakisha remains in custody tonight. her son died from blunt force trauma to the head. he was less than two months old. a new effort to force the department of social services to release more information about cases like this one. reporter: it didn t take long for detectives investigating the death of rajahnthon haynie to determine that his mother had already had four other children taken away from her and placed into foster homes. so could anything have been done to save the little boy? dsf officials aren t saying, and some say that s part of the problem. she lives in this neighborhood not far from druid hill park where her son s body was fo
