The video then shows the two officers tussle with the man, while attempting to take him into custody. At one point, Clancy has the suspect in a headlock, and Gagnon is shown grabbing his leg.
Judge narrates saying, the man “is seen on body-worn camera video resisting, while officers attempted to take him into custody.
According to Judge, one officer was injured and the other had his body camera knocked off during the struggle.
About three minutes into the video, the suspect screams “I can t breathe, while one of the officers has him pinned to the ground.
A bystander can be heard in the background saying, “He sounds like (George) Floyd. You’re going to kill him.”
