Reaching the goal of 50 of the trips by transit biking and walking is an ambitious goal but i think we can achieve that by not looking at the muni system which is heavily burdend and how we get a good bang for the buck and increasing spending in the bicycle infrastructure as well and as i said muni cant do it alone and infrastructure is a key part of meeting the citys goals.
