Volume XIII, page 404-405. Garrison is interested in Crafard s stint in the U.S. Army. He was only in for thirteen months and was then discharged for medical reasons.

There s been no shortage of people coming forward who claim to have inside information about the assassination of JFK. Two of these people contacted the Garrison investigation in 1967 - Richard Case Nagell and David Kroman. Nagell would go on and become a staple of conspiracy theorists while Kroman has been largely forgotten. But their stories intertwine, at least at the beginning.

The traditional New England town meeting has long been revered as a pure form of democracy, but decreased attendance, the pandemic and the rise of absentee balloting may mean the end of an era.
In the past year, many municipalities have forgone the town meeting process to vote on their budgets at the polls while others have come up with creative solutions including drive-in meetings. Towns have seen increased participation and easier access. Voters now can decide important issues with unprecedented convenience via absentee and mail-in ballots.

He writes: This is possibly an important point. Some of the box cars (in which the tramps could have been found) really were
very close to the
arcade area. As a point of
dispersed departure, these three men may in advance have dressed as tramps and, after the ambush, may have gone straight to the boxcars and become tramps laying there.
So, Garrison believed that the tramps may have been the assassins.
Some of the so-called experts that were advising Garrison believed that one of the tramps was Fred Crisman. Here is a letter that Richard Sprague, a photo expert, sent to Fred Newcomb, another photo expert. Sprague believed that Fred Crisman is one of the tramps. Newcomb did not buy Sprague s theory.
