The Santa Clara County sheriff and one of her investigators had a News Conference here to give us more details on what led their office to find and arrest the suspect in the murder of gin lu tommy shwe, a 70yearold man who made a living investing in real estate. He had also employed this man for two years. Christopher christopher albrecht. Hes in jail now for murdering him. The Sheriffs Office tells us he left behind several clues leading to his arrest on wednesday morning, january 18th, the day after the family reported shwe missing. A morgan hill atm surveillance camera captured him attempting to deposit a forged check from shwes account. Another camera at a home depot recorded him buying a shovel on january 20th. Tulare county Sheriffs Office found albrechts van. And nearby evidence of possible foul play. Two Days Later Police arrested him for allegedly waving a knife at someone near a fast food restaurant.
