3rd man sentenced for attack at Albany store

ALBANY - Three Albany men have been sentenced for their roles in a violent assault at the Madison Mart at Grand Street and Madison Avenue in Albany in January, Albany County District Attorney David Soares office said Friday.
The three co-defendants seriously injured a man by punching him several times and slashing him across the face with a razor blade just before 6 p.m. Jan. 31, causing deep cuts that resulted in permanent disfigurement to the victim, Soares office said.
Fred Grace, 58, was sentenced to six years in state prison on Friday. He had pleaded guilty to second-degree assault.
