The sport’s dominant duo, both first-ballot inductees, joined Donnie Allison, an original member of the “Alabama Gang,” in a celebration at the Charlotte Convention Center as part of the Class of 2024.
Johnson and Knaus formed one of the great driver-crew chief duos of all time for Hendrick Motorsports, and Donnie Allison helped grow the sport through the 1970s and 1980s.
