One Bangkok, the 120-billion-baht fully-integrated district and the largest private sector property development in Thailand’s history, and Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (MET), a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, signed a contract for the supply and installation of elevators and escalators, including the first double-deck elevators in Thailand, raising the bar for skyscrapers in Bangkok to be on par with selected world-class towers with double-deck systems in well-known metropolises such as Roppongi Hills in Tokyo, CCTV New Site in Beijing, and Shanghai Tower in Shanghai, among others. TRIS Rating affirms the ratings on the outstanding guaranteed debentures of Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (FPHT or Issuer) at ?AA-?. At the same time, we assign a ?negative? outlook to the ratings. The debentures are issued under FPHT?s THB25 billion debenture program and fully guaranteed by Frasers Property Ltd. (FPL or Guarantor). FPHT is a wholly-owned subsidiary of FPL. The issue ratings reflect the creditworthiness of the guarantor (rated ?AA-? with a ?negative? outlook by TRIS Rating).
