i did not know about it! many of the press are claiming it s a stunning omission. some have pointed out trump s tweet isn t that different from what he said a year ago. i think from a practical standpoint, most people would have taken that meeting. it s called opposition research or even research into your opponent. i ve only been in politics for two years. but i ve had many people call and say we have information on this factor or this person. frankly hillary. that s standard in politics. jesse: dana, i was reading the washington post over the weekend. there was a great column. greg: what section of the paper? jesse: a2. he said what s the difference between what donald jr. did at the trump tower meeting and what hillary clinton did.

what is happening. there is no question about it. it s vicious. i mean it s a scorched earth policy. it s very bad thing that is happening in the republican party. do you think that speaker gingrich, governor romney, congressman ron paul, senator santorum each one in a general election could beat president obama or not? i would rather say who could or couldn t. i don t think they all could no. ron paul could not beat him. greta: how about gingrich or romney? i do think they could. i think frankly, i think he is highly overrated. maybe i m in a small camp but i think she highly overrated. frankly hillary should have beaten him. as i told you before, at the end of the those primaries the last time three and a half years, at the end of those primaries he
