The yard itself is seen a lot of different historical events. Some happy, some, some every day events. The yard itself has changed dramatic he over the many years. Andas first founded in 1798 it was around that time that the united ace realized we needed a Standing Military force. He was after the American Revolution that all the military was basically disbanded because of the sentiments from before the American Revolution, who had a Standing Army at that time that was stationed in the United States.
