I think first and foremost, just because Mental Health and Substance Abuse issues typically present at the young adult and adolescent age, doesnt mean thats when we should Start Talking about them. There are so many skills and conversations that we can have before then, that i just think its so crucial that we dont wait until it hits and it becomes severe that we actually Start Talking and doing something about it. And especially for young adults themselves, they have to understand and be prepared for what they may be experiencing.
