So it is not a static this information is not static. It is always evolving and changing. In addition to confusion ambiguity and a lack of information about tuition policy, theres also issues with access to aid. So we found that this is actually more of a challenge for students at twoyear institutions. They are more likely to have to pay out of pocket. However, it is important to know that undocumented students attending twoyear and fouryear institutions are not getting access to loans.
