US World War II veteran Frank DeVita participated in the Allied invasion of Normandy, France on June 6, 1944, and recently shared his memories of the war. I go back to Europe many times, and every time I go back, I go to Normandy and there s a cemetery there and it s got all the dead bodies. And I go there every year and I cry and I cry and I cry, DeVita told Sputnik.
