Make no mistake, Debi O’Neill IS CardsChat, and she’s testament to how our community can make you a better poker player. As lead community administrator, she runs the CardsChat forum, and around CC’s virtual headquarters, she’s the go-to for questions about poker. This Georgian was enjoying her off days in Las Vegas playing in 7 live tournaments, cashing in three, bubbling one and winning the Wednesday’s $150 daily No Limit Hold’em (with $4k guaranteed) at the Venetian. As night fell on this full day of poker, Debi was the chip leader at the final table with six remaining. Ever the savvy negotiator, she agreed to a six-way chop, in which she got the most cash, a champion’s coin, and this picture for Big Winners of the Week, in which she proudly displayed an homage to the community that she says made her a better player.
Conor Beresford. His exit in tenth saw $15,550 head to his partypoker account.
The nine finalists sit down for the last time from 7:05 p.m. BST on April 27. Cuellar s 51,699,015 stack towers over that of second-placed
Miguel Lopes 34,044,013, but a Cuellar victory is far from a forgone conclusion.
That is because there are some superb players among the final nine. Canadian
Chanracy Khun (22,479,712) will certainly fancy his chances of capturing the $267,356 prize because he enters the final table third in chips. So too will the United Kingdom s
Jamie O Connor (18,729,333) and Lithuanian grinder
Karolis Sereika (16,965,790).
Those players occupying sixth place through ninth have more work to do than the players mentioned above if they are to triumph in this event, but each is capable of turning their fortunes around.

After three long weeks of intense action, it s time for the GG Spring Festival to come to a close, and one of the final big events that will wrap today is GGSF Main Event-H: $1,500 PLO-NL, $2M GTD [Day 2]. For those wondering about the PLO-NL game format, it simply refers to the difference between preflop play (pot-limit) and postflop play (no-limit).
This event sports a $2 million guarantee and a slew of Day 1 flights, with several still running or scheduled at the time of writing. That should allow the field, currently at 1,261, to get closer to 1,500.
Stacks coming to Day 2 range from barely above the starting stack (122K) to more than 20 starting stacks â BIG HAI leads the way with a little over 2.3 million. Some players who have already advanced include Ami Barer, Francois Billard, Niklas Astedt, George Wolff, Dario Sammartino, Eoghan DrRoche O Dea, Sami Kelopuro and Eelis Parssinen.
