Elena mondragon was killed by Fremont Police on march 14th in hayward when investigators say undercover officers tried to stop a stolen car wanted in connection with multiple armed robberies. Investigators say when they tried to stop the car the driver drove into the Detectives Police vehicles, injuring the two detectives. During the incident, the detectives fired their weapons at the suspect driving the vehicle and hit mondragon. Shes 16years old, thats what needs to be remembered, she was sixteen. Hayward police is one of the agencies investigating the shooting since it happened in their city. Elenas family is demanding answers. We were trying to find him and we were asking everywhere, driving everywhere. You see for carson, finn isnt just a dog. Hes basically my brother, because i was going to have a twin brother but he never came out of the womb. Carson was diagnosed with vanishing twin syndrome at age two, an emotional separation deficiency. Finn is what solved that problem for him, it helped him have the loyalty and love to end to no end to help him bridge the gap with that deficiency that he had of losing his twin before he was born. Since late this afternoon. Shuttle trains were taking passengers between the two stations. We just got off the phone with bart. They say the Shuttle Service has stopped.
