50s and low 60s. here is sal. good morning, traffic is moving pretty well if you are drying on highway 4. no major problems getting up to the willow pass grade. also interstate 80s good. in overnight news one man is dead after being shot by a san jose police officer. it happened in east san jose. ktvu paul chambers was the first reporter on the scene and has information on what led up to the shooting. paul. reporter: good morning, pam. there is several officers out here on the scene. we are not allowed to get more information from them. it s basically happening here on waiverly and endman here in east san jose. just before 11:30 several officers responded to an incident involving an adult man. the man displayed what they called threatening behavior. one officer shot the man in self-defense. that man was take ton the area hospital where he later died. once again back out here live there is several officers out here. they say they will probably be out here for another hou
