Isyland state police l now coming to the bedside of a trooper that was struck early sunday morning. Jacqueline cline was here along route 100 near the katherine avenue section when it happened. She was helping a fellow trooper with a field sobriety test. A car drove by, hit cline, throwing her in the air. Shes a quality young lady. And shes very tough. Are michael ared trained cline in the academy. Insiders say she has quickly made a name for herself as being a hard worker. After the accident, cline was flown from shock trauma suffering from head injuries, cuts and bruces and broken bones. She can turn on the toughness. Investigators say the driver involved was trying

The water still leaking there just a bit. But here is why. An estimated 10 million gallons of water down the drain. And we watched it happen. To put that in perspective, the entire city of los angeles uses 55 million gallons of water each day. At its peak, that geyser was shooting water 30 feet into the air. It took more than three hours to turn off a series of valves and ultimately stop that massive leak. But the damage was done. The 93yearold water main broke just above the ucla campus. Water and mud blanketed parts of the school. You can see students down below literally wading through that water. Underground parking garages were also flooded. And at one point up to 8 inches of water covered the floor of the historic Pauley Pavilion which is home to the ucla basketball team. This is creating a huge response on social media. Taking care of some of the downed power lines. And heres whats going on in los angeles right now. Crews are working in a huge hole in sunset boulevard. The hole was created when a water main break. The video is amazing. Up to 10 million gallons of water poured into the street flooding parts of the ucla campus. Pauley pavilion was full of water. It recently had more than 100 million worth of renovations. We just redid the entire facility. To see it being flooded, you know, a year and a half later is just crazy. It took about 3. 5 hours to get the water shut off. At least 5 people had to be rescued from their flooded cars. They are still trying to figure out why the 30 diameter pipe broke. Its 90 years old.
