The rising case counts along with hospitalizations in the bay area now forcing local Health Officials to once again in force restrictions in order to limit the spread on tuesday alameda and warren counties are expected to move back into the red tier meaning that Indoor Dining will be banned. Currently both counties said in the orange here which is the moderate here also on tuesday napa county is expected to move back into the purple tier which is the most restrictive on the reopening map currently that county is in the orange here. Before i move forward id like to announce to our viewing and listening audience that we have sign Language Interpretation Services here this afternoon to assist persons who are deaf or hardofhearing. Also this town hall is being translated in spanish and cantonese for members of the community who speak those languages.
