Under the theme the right of the Saharawi people to self-determination , this conference will be an opportunity for the panelists to address the root causes of the failure of the United Nations to definitively resolve the Saharawi question so as to allow the Saharawis to dispose of themselves and to discuss the way forward in order to relaunch the process of negotiations, which has stopped since 2019.
