This was around 4 30 a. M. This morning. The investigation shows the current ruing through the third running through the third rail jumped for an unknown reason. It carries a current of 1,000 volts. When it jumped, it made a loud noise that some on the train described as the explosion. This is calling into question the state of the infrastructure.
