Despite his age t police say they have their suspect. We are sure he is the person wanted for the homicide. Johnathan wilbanks was taken into custody on wednesday. The man of the man shot by that teenager gathered today to remember the victim. Neighbors are asking for more officers on san jose streets. Whenever he stepped into the room, roy lit the room up.
